Meals at Priscilla's





My sister and I made a few good things when I came to visit her at her cute little home in Lebanon, Ohio this past week. One morning we made multigrain pancakes with bananas and macadamia nuts baked inside, with a banana and real maple syrup topping. Really good, but really filling. We had to rest on the couch for an hour before we could even move again after eating that. The night I left we made a whole wheat pasta salad with zucchini, squash, a tomato from Priscilla's boyfriend's mother's garden, and basil from Priscilla's herb garden (I was so jealous of her abundant herbs!). I also made 4 split chicken breasts which were way too big for any one person to eat alone. Priscilla has lots of chicken left over now and I hope she makes a wonderful chicken salad.
