Moroccan Lamb Burgers with Lemon-Cilantro Yogurt, Cumin and Cinnamon Roasted Root Vegetables, and Lemon Spinach Couscous




This meal was really awesome. It was so pretty and tasted great. I put cumin seeds, cinnamon, and garlic into the ground lamb, and also on the vegetables (butternut squash, rutabaga, carrots, and turnips). I made a sauce for the burgers out of plain yogurt mixed with lemon juice, lemon zest, and cilantro. The couscous was out of a box, but it still looked tasty. I didn't have any because I am trying not to be a little pig. Georg's plate is the one photographed; he can afford to be a little pig, and he is. Ha!
